No access to backend dashboard

    Hi All,

    I am new to the community of blogs and I tried to install a plugin (google analytics) and the screen went white. Then I tried to reload the page and it was still white. Now I can not access my backend dashboard, but the blog is still up. I have tried to empty my cache, restart computer, clear browser history (firefox 13.0.0), try new browser (Safari), try new computer. But still can not get into my dashboard. I read some other forum postings on a similar issue but did not understand how to resolve. Would very much appreciate any help possible.

    Let me know if I can answer anymore questions to help inform of the situation. Thanks in advance!
