no access to blog now redirected from domain
-
I have put a redirect from my new domain alcfezbook.com to my blog 2fez.wordpress.com, and now find I no longer have access to administer the blog.
The dashboard now takes me to the redundant blog alcfez.wordpress.com that was originally linked to the domain name. (Because it already had a good Google ranking.)
I put on the re-direct because I have sent in two unanswered support requests (yesterday and today) about either merging blogs or changing the URL. But, I understand the latter facility is down at the moment so this is maybe why you guys haven’t answered.
Please help – there are a lot of events related blog posts I need to get up asap for an educational institution.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

alcfez.wordpress.com is your primary blog that’s why, at initial you go to alcfez’s dashboard. To go to the dashboard of 2fez; bookmark http://2fez.wordpress.com/wp-admin/
And if still it takes you to alcfez’s dashboard then it means that either you aren’t the administrator of ‘2fez’ or you’re logged in with other account. I’ve tagged this thread for staff attention that they might help you better. -
Someone else already tagged this thread for staff. :)
BTW I think you have no problem in redirect. This is just a username problem. -
You don’t want a “redirect” you want to map your domain – did you follow the instructions below – including the one about setting the Primary Domain to alcfezbook.com?
http://en.support.wordpress.com/domain-mapping/map-existing-domain/
Your dashboard will show alcfez.wordpress.com – your visitors will see alcfezbook.com as will you – but the Dashboard will show the base original blog. It can also take 24 to 72 hours for all the changes to migrate to the far corners of the internet.
