no access to chat / administration page

  Hye

  I use creative portfolio.

  2 basic questions:
  – I can’t access to chat (for simple questions). I don’t understand why since I don’t have blocked pop-ups.
  – I also can’t find the access to the administration detailed page

  Indeed, I would like to use the featured content but I can’t find the way to do it without this administration detailed page (I try to tag my “home” and “updates” pages like shown on dem, in order to use “featured content” but I can’t go further)

  Can you tell me what happens when you try to access chat? Does the same thing happen if you use a different browser?

  I does not happen anything. the page does not load.
  it is written that the chat tool could not be downloaded.
  when i get in chrome settings on my MAC, pop up are allowed. So I don’t understand. With Karuna (theme), I used chat several times, there were no problem. I did not change anything.
