no access to css

  Hi, it is impossible to find a video tutorial to see first steps with css. I think it would be the minima to do from wordpress when users are banking 99 euros. I can’t install plugings to install css… The page that seems to have video tutorials is not working properly, it is impossible to read these videos, I want links to see a VIDEO TUTORIAL because the access to CSS is impossible.
