No access to dashboard

I have not been able to access my dashboard for nine days now. Many people seem to be having the same problem but nothing is being done to correct the issue. I am now at the point where I think a refund in the money I pay for this blog is in order.
If you are not going to fix the problem, can you please direct this message to the financial department and have someone arrange to return my money to my bank account.

I know it won’t make anything better for you. But I can promise you that the TalkTalk issue is a giant headache for everyone.
