No Access to Dashboard

  Hi
  This morning I am unable to access my dashboard.
  Can you please give me some tips as to how I may get access – in plain language as I am very technologically challenged :/

  It is OK now. I have just dragged a screen shot I took yesterday – hopefully it is now in your snag thingy!! if not how can I get it to you?/

  When you use snag.gy, you have to share the unique URL that snag.gy generates. Otherwise I cannot see your image.
