No access to dashboard, with maintenance page still on

  I want to be able to access my dashboard, however when I login onto wp and click on most pages it tells me in effect that I ‘don’t have permission to access this page’ and I can’t even deactivate maintnace page. I tried some of the help forums saying i should access

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Sorry but you are in the wrong place. These forums are only for blogs/sites hosted by WordPress.com

  WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and different http://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

  And you should ask in the WordPress.org forums.
  http://wordpress.org/support/

  If you don’t have a username on the ORG forums, you’ll need to register one there.
