No access to email for password reset

  I cannot log in to my other WP account.
  1. I have the username and password but as a security precaution, I needed to reset my password
  2. that email account is no longer active thus I cannot receive the instructions to reset my password
  3. I do not have the 3 forms of proof of ownership to submit my account recovery
  4. I have the email from Microsoft proving that the original email account has been closed.

  Please let me know what I can do to access my account.
