No access to my blog

Hi!
My name is Kinga and I’m lookig for a help with logging into my account.
So far it was easy but today after writing my login and password I got 403 forbidden error and I’m not able to do anything more.Is there anyway you could help me getting access to my blog back?

The thing is that i cant access blog feom admins position. But maybe is this what you wrote that i have my hosting with other provider.
Should i contact with them? -
