No Access to my Blog, no Reset Email in my email inbox

    My blog on WordPress is https://monalasaxy.wordpress.com/.
    I know under which email I signed up ((email visible only to moderators and staff)).
    I think I know my password, however, it is not recognized. I requested a reset link email to the above email address, several times. I have never received the email. I also sent myself a test email from another account, and the email was received by the above account, which tells me it can receive emails.
    I also signed in with my google account, but apparently, this does not “see” that monalasaxy is my blog.
    I never purchased anything, so I don’t have a receipt, and I do not have the old initial email from WordPress, to prove that I once received a link from you. What can I do to recuperate my blog? Please help!

    Hello,

    i’m facing a similar problem.
    Our blog on WordPress is http://yourstyle.coremode.de/.
    I also remember under which email i singed up but unfortunately i also forgot my password. The problem is: when i want to reset it the website always tells me that the provided captacha is wrong no matter how often i try (at least 25 times now..)

    Why is that and how can i reset my password now?
    The email used for signup is (email visible only to moderators and staff)

    Hi Philipp,

    yourstyle.coremode.de is a self hosted WordPress.org site. The username and password for your account are not stored on our servers, so we do not have access to that information. You will need to contact your hosting provider for help with resetting the password for yourstyle.coremode.de.
