Hi there!
Thanks for getting in touch. Taking a look now, excitingnature.wordpress.com seems to be the only site associated with the WordPress.com account you’re contacting us on.
Do you recall creating a different account for jankatsman.wordpress.com? It looks like the site exists, but it may be related to a different account.
Let us know, and if you have any other questions, please don’t hesitate to ask.

Thanks for your reaction! My blog exists for several years already and is called: jankatsman.wordpress.com
I can login to that account with JETPACK and also edit there. But not on my desktop! When I go to jankatsman.wordpress.com I get to that blog as a visitor, but cannot write or edit. The blog excitingnature.wordpress.com should not exist anymore.
We will be away for a few weeks, so I don’t know how soon I can react on future mails, I’m sorry.
Thanks again for your attention.

Hi there!

This is because you are logged into a different WordPress.com account. If you tap on the profile tab on your Jetpack app, you will see the username (followed by
@) of the account that you’re logged into. On the desktop, if you go to https://wordpress.com/me, you will see the username you’re logged into on the desktop (which is @jankatsman060418).If you compare the two, you’ll find that they are not the same account. That’s why you are unable to edit that site on your computer. You will want to go to https://wordpress.com/me → click Log Out to log out of this account, and use the same account you’re logged into on the Jetpack app so that you can manage the site.
We can’t share the username of the correct account due to security reasons, but if you follow my steps above, you can see the correct account’s username on the Jetpack mobile app.
