Hi shawnajroberts,
No email received. I have checked my Spam and Trash folders so cannot think where it can have disappeared to. I have changed my Password once again but doing this does not help. Yes, I can access my site http://travelsineuropeandasia.wordpress.com/ but when I try to add a Post it navigates to one of the other WP sites I opened and this one is not listed on Manage my Sites. I want to continue to add to the site mentioned above. I think I probably changed my username name here (although it still says ‘maritravel’ on the top but then it goes to maritraveller – which I did when I was trying to sort things out, obviously when I made things worse. It looks as though it’s a lost cause and I don’t want us to get too hung up on it. Can you help me move the articles on http://travelsineuropeandasia.wordpress.com to another one? If that can be done, then I can delete this blog entirely and start afresh, but I don’t want to lose all these by working on another site.

I really want to help you with this. However, we can’t make any changes to the site travelsineuropeandasia.wordpress.com or give you access to that site’s content without recovering the account that owns it.
It looks like you use a Gmail address. The email was sent to the address listed here:
https://wordpress.com/settings/account/
Can you please check the Social tab in your inbox?

I hope I’ve understood your email. I have sent you one from the email I signed up with (I have two and they are supposed to be interchangable as one is my domain address) and i have returned the information.
Unfortunately I do not have anything from the original set-up nor do I have any payment references from PayPal.Mari

The above was the last communication I had from you Shawnajroberts. Did you send another email that has got lost in the ether? My blog is still up there but I cannot add to it. I am directed to one of the other 3 if I want to do this. Would you advise me to give up at this point? I have received a request from WP to comment on how I regard the service offered. Not sure what to say as you’ve tried very hard but the problem is still unresolved!

I’m sorry. That’s really frustrating. Let me see if I can do it this way. In your email you mention:

Our system doesn’t see these email addresses as interchangeable. Can you send me an email to help@wordpress.com from the other address (as well as any other email addresses you may have used) and I can check if its the one your other account uses?
Please include ticket number 1989515 in your subject.

My two addresses are (email visible only to moderators and staff) (which is my domain address and the one I registered with originally – I am almost certain). My other address and the only other one I use is (email visible only to moderators and staff)

Thanks all Staff who helped me so much with this problem and for managing to solve it. I am doubly chuffed at the result as I had resigned myself to having to start all over again.
