No Access to My upgrade section

  I am logged under the ritht admin name and I can’t find the My upgrades options nor Domain Adminitration options.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  When you access your dashboard at http://weddinggay.wordpress.com/wp-admin/ , there should be a Store item on the left-hand navigation menu. Clicking on that will give you the options for My Upgrades.

  Can you confirm that it is not appearing there?

  You must be logged in under the exact same username account that registered any blog and who is the Admin of the blog to purchase upgrades for the blog.

  Thks Kraftbj, but I already have done this and the domain administration section doesen’t appear.
  I have found the My upgrade section , It was in french so I haven’t recognized it as upgrades, but the domain administration is not possible and I am logged in under my admin name !

  Hi again,

  I want to verify a few things to make sure we’re on the same page.
  1. The instructions on this page isn’t working: http://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/domain-management/

  Is the Store->Domains link not there? Or when you click on it, you’re not seeing Domain Administration?

  2. You have purchased a domain from WordPress.com, or mapped an existing domain. If you haven’t done this “Domain Administration” would not appear on the Store->Domains page.

  Hi,

  Thks for your quick answer. You asked the good questions :

  1. The Store->Domains link es there but when I click on it I’m not seeign the Domain Administration

  2. I don’t know because I’m the webmaster, I have to ask to Manuel Delccourt who purchased the domain.
  I guess you’re right, and it would be logical : he may have purchased the domain from an other registrar. I’m going to check this.

  I have checked and I confirm that he mapped en existing domain so you wer right :)
