No access to my website after plugin update

    PLEASE I need some help. I’ve just updated plugins on my professional website (elementor, Sydney theme and a couple more).
    All of a sudden everything collapsed. I cannot access my website, which is now offline. Error message is :
    Fatal error: Cannot redeclare sydney_set_after_import_mods() (previously declared in /home/customer/www/laplumewriting.com/public_html/wp-content/plugins/sydney-toolbox/demo-content/setup.php:35) in /home/customer/www/laplumewriting.com/public_html/wp-content/themes/sydney/demo-content/setup.php on line 30)

    Please can someone help me? I am desperate. This website is my working tool.

    Looks like you might actually be using the other version of WordPress – that’s the open source WordPress.org software. Help with that version comes from the community forums at https://wordpress.org/support/forums/

    OK. But how do I get back my site? Whom shall I contact? I cannot even access my dashboard anymore. It’s like i’ve lost everything…

    I would suggest talking to Site Ground first. That’s where your domain, laplumewriting.com, is registered and where it is also hosted.
