No access to my WordPress account

  So, I ended up moving my website to Squarespace but I still have content on WordPress that I need to retrieve. How do I go about that?

  Hi. Yes, it is hosted by hostgator.com but I was using WordPress to make my site. Then I moved it to another builder but now I can’t access the content that what was on WordPress. Is there anyway to do that? (email visible only to moderators and staff) is the email address.
