No access to pay for renewal of upgrade and domain mapping

    Hi, I’ve had problems paying for renewal of upgrade, domain mapping etc – all purchase info blanked out. Changed password at request of engineer in Chat to try a different browser and now login gets ‘you have no site’ message and I can’t get back to Chat (I think because Chat is only available if you have a paid Upgrade and this no longer connecting to my login). Going round in circles and urgently need help before upgrade and mapping expire tomorrow. Any suggestions please?

    I have resolved this and successfully paid for renewal. The problem was that I have somehow got two accounts with close to identical user names.

    How do I cancel one of these so that this confusion doesn’t reoccur?

    I’m glad to hear you managed to resolve this.

    WordPress.com accounts cannot be deleted completely, but you can deactivate this account by following the steps here:
    Deleting Accounts

    If you do this, please make sure that the account you’re keeping has an email address that you still have access to, or you might lose access to that account as well. Also don’t delete the site, but log in as the other account and remove this username from the site under My Sites ->People.
