No access to remove extensions

  We have had our site at WordPress for a while. operation-change.org. Hosted by Loopia.se . Now we have built a new site using Squarespace. Still hosted by Loopia.se. We have redirected the DNS to Squarespace – so now we cannot enter operation-change.org/wp-admin anymore. We need to disable and remove some extensions. How do we proceed? Can wordpress help us?

  We can’t help as that site isn’t running on the wordpress.com platform. You must contact your hosting support to solve this problem yourself
