  I have logged on to my website but get no access to server message??

  It looks like your site is not hosted with WordPress.com. It is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted elsewhere.

  Looking at your domain history, it appears that your domain has expired. You would need to reach out to your domain registrar for options to recover your domain from redemption.
