  My site is down and when going through the list of checks, it said to disable plug-ins. I disabled them and am now locked out of my site. Its showing my site doesn’t even exist now.

  Oh dear! Can you clarify which website you’re struggling with, or send a link?

  Also, these forums are for the sites hosted and managed here at WordPress.com, vs. sites using WordPress code with another host. If you’re not sure about your site, send a link, and we can point you in the right direction.

  If it is definitely hosted somewhere else, you may just need to reconnect Jetpack. Otherwise, we’d recommend contacting your host first, then searching and posting in the forums for the free WordPress software if you need more help: https://wordpress.org/support/forums/
