  While using Chrome and need access to a blog site that has not been used in quite some time how do iI get access to the dashboard/admin page

  That site is connected to another account of yours santighazola. As that site has a paid plan, you can very easy restore access to that account with the Transaction ID at https://wordpress.com/support/account-recovery/
