no access to sites, sites no longer exist, yet are still listed in account.

All of my sites are inactive, unhosted, and the domains are no longer owned by me. How do I delete them from my sites list? the only information you have available for deleting old sites, is through the admin panel of the site itself. This does not help if there is no longer access to the admin panel or site itself. I would like to delete all the sites from my account so I can add the ones I do use and have access to.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

To confirm, you’d like the following sites removed from your account:
- zentorical.com
- pondering-existence.com
- christineford.org/blog/
- creeksidebrainbasedcohort.com
- dfwnerd.com
- cerebralmess.com
- compute.amazonaws.com
- urbanbuffalotraders.com
Once you confirm how you’d like to proceed, I will get started processing your transaction.

yes, I would like these sites removed. I will be building a new site shortly, but all of these domains have expired and I have no access to them. In the future I will definitely delete them from this account when I decide to shut them down, I had no idea there wasn’t an option to do so outside of the site itself. Again, thankyou for your support and help.

David Ford

EDIT: The only domain which I still have access and is still valid is urbanbuffalotraders.com. You may still keep this domain listed on this account. Thank You.
