hi there, I’m trying to get access to a site that was made for me in february 2022. I am under the impression it was using this account as at the bottom of jillscoffeeshop.co.uk it states ‘Jill’s Coffee Shop, Blog at WordPress.com.’ however, when I log onto my profile/account, there is no site under ‘my site’. This was created for us on behalf of an intern. They have since left us and we want to edit the page.

    Correct account: Unknown

The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

You can only edit that site when you are logged in to the account owning that site.

As you have a paid plan, it’s very easy to restore access to that account using the Transaction ID at https://wordpress.com/support/account-recovery/#account-recovery-form

    Hi there, @jillscoffeeshop888!

As mentioned, the site jillscoffeeshop.co.uk is not owned by your WordPress.com account and this account is not added to that site.

Saying that, we can still help you recover access to that site. The best next step here would be to fill out the account recovery form found at https://wordpress.com/support/account-recovery/#account-recovery-form, where you will be asked to provide a transaction ID. Then, our team will review the information you provide and assist you with regaining access to that site.

Let me know if you have any questions! We are happy to help.
