Thank you for your reply, I can not access WordPress and therefore unable to move my hosting to WordPress. Can you help me regaining the access so that I will move my hosting to WordPress?

It looks like your site is using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but is hosted with another webhost. We here at WordPress.com can only assist with sites that are hosted here on our servers. We have no access to data or installations for sites that are hosted elsewhere.
In this instance, you are going to want to contact your host’s support team, I think.
