no access to upgrade to premium

  Hello. good morning, I have a wordpress domain: irenedefigueira.com. I want to upgrade to premium, but it says that the site I use (irene de Figueira wedding planner”) cannot be upgraded. I would like to make some improvements to my page. Can you help?
