No access to wordpress dashboard

I recently decided to switch to Shopify for my e-commerce. After building my new Shopify site (and changing the A records – or whatever the settings were), I can no longer access my WordPress dashboard or the site I built on WordPress. The /wp-login.php doesn’t take me to WordPress anymore. I have accepted this. But I need to look at previous sales data. Is there any way to access the WooCommerce stats even though i can’t access the WordPress on my domain?

It sounds like your site wasn’t hosted on WordPress.com, but used the open source WordPress software on another host. Here’s the difference: https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
If so, you’d want to get help on accessing the files at your host from this community support: https://wordpress.org/support/
If your site was hosted on WordPress.com servers using the Business Plan, please advise of the site address.
