no access to wordpress site

  My company has no access to wordpress website to edit. Unable to reset with registered email address or account. What are the next steps to prove ownership of account ?

  Thanks, for the reply. Unable to fill out recovery form because we do not have transaction ID. The billing info and reset password link is being sent to a inactive email account. How can we reset or recreate account our site was originally connected to ?
