no access to wordpress.com dashboard

Dears,
I’ve subscribed to a wordpress.com premium account. My blog works fine, but nothing is available on the dashboard of my wordpress.com account. It’s quite unpleasant as I cannot not do anything. I have only a blue menu line with a blank page, what ever I click on. No support, no settings, no nothing.
Any chance to make the options in the dashboard appearing again? I need to set a forwarding email urgently.

I’m sorry you’re encountering that problem. Can you please try clearing out your cache and cookies using the guide below?
Do you also encounter this issue in a different browser? for example Firefox or Google Chrome?
