No accesss to dashboard

  Hello,
  I’ve been working in my website and since yesterday I don’t have access to the dashboard. For some reason https://mochilasymaletastop.com/wp-admin/ doesn’t take to the dashboard. It takes me to the website as if I was a user and it lets me navigate.
  I’ve been installing new plugins… I don’t know if that could be the problem.
  What could be the problem?
  I would really appreaciate some help to let me go back in the dashboard.
