No activation e-mail received after creation of wordpress.com account

I just created an account on https://wordpress.com in order to create a blog. Registration is a free account.
In my account settings (https://wordpress.com/me/account), the email address is hosted @free.fr, this address works well in other uses (even notification of message from WP forum).
In order to complete the creation of the WP account, I must confirm my e-mail address with an activation email, quite usual.I requested several time that this activation email be sent, but it never reached my inbox.
Yes, I looked in the junk/Spam box; I waited at least 3 days (some MTAs postpone when they suspect Spam). But still nothing. My various searches for this problem on the web found no answer. I am using FF 87.0 / Linux.
Do you have any ideas on what might get stuck? Something done wrong on my part?
I suspect a problem of sending on server side or a rejection of certain emails from my provider, in this case free.fr, due to incompatibility (eg DKIM, etc.).
Is it possible to see the SMTP log on the wordpress.com side for diagnosis?PS: I don’t really want to have another email address specifically for wordpress.com

Hi Stephane,
It seems that your email provider treats our emails as Spam. Here’s the error we see in the logs:
response: host mx1.free.fr[212.27.48.7] said: 550 spam detected (in reply to end of DATA command)I have sent you another email. If you received it, please reply to me there. We’ll be able to manually activate your account.
