  I didn’t get an activation e-mail for my account. I tried three times and I waited more than ten minutes

  Check your spam folder.

  If you use Gmail, check your Social tab or your Promotions tab. Or click All Mail.

  The activation e-mail is not in my social or promotions tab and gmail does not have a spam folder in my knowledge.
