No Activation Email Cannot Login – Checked spam/junk

I paid for the premium and business accounts and I cannot log into my account at all. I received both of the emails for the invoices but nothing to log in. I try to have sent log in emails and nothing comes.
Yes… I have checked spam/junk. This is incredibly frustrating at this company was fast enough to take my money but now I have 0 access to their services.
