no activation email sent

    Hi, I recently signed up to start a blog and typed in .com, instead of .edu. I’ve updated my email, yet I still haven’t received a conformation email. Can you check if there is an issue or push the email forward so I can post my assignment. Thanks!

    Hi there:

    I checked your account, and we only sent one verification email less than 24 hours ago to the .edu address.

    Since you’re using a college email address, the college’s email administrators may have installed software blocking emails from services like WordPress.com. I recommend reaching out to them to see why you’re not receiving those emails.

    Otherwise, you could switch to an email from Gmail, Outlook, or other free email services and verify your account that way.
