No active upgrade despite paying

Hello,
On the third I paid for below
Professional Email
Annual subscription
Renewal for 1 mailboxHowever it is not showing as active and I can’t access my email account.
I don’t know what else to do as I can’t access a person unless I have an active upgrade but it still won’t register the payment.
Any help would be most appreciated

I have the same problem. Paid over $124 for annual hosting and a domain. The receipt is in my account, but nothing has been applied, there is no way to apply it, and they make it impossible to contact anyone. Ignored on forums so far.
