I am a moderator for our church’s blog site – when I go to purchase the no-ad I see nothing that asks me which blog to attach it to, which makes me nervous about using church’s credit card and having no-ad end up on my account.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

It will go on you Account – but the upgrade will go to the blog you are logged into when you are in the store – so if you are in the Dashboard / Store of your-church.wordpress.com that is where the Upgrade will be put on
One the flip side, if you do goof and put the upgrade on the wrong blog the No Ads has a 30 day refund window to fix things & the staff can also help if you put it on the wrong site (you can also transfer an Upgrade to another blog, easily)
