No-Ad renewal button not available

I want to renew our “no-ad” upgrade, but there is no button or link on the My Upgrades page to do this. The No-Ad Upgrade has just expired, and I cannot use the Store to purchase a new one; the screen only asks if I want to renew the upgrade, but gives no option to renew or cancel it.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Are you the only admin of that blog? The account that originally registered the upgrade can renew it.

You need to be logged in as the EXACT account / user that owns the Upgrade to renew it
Is there another account that you might have used ?

Ah I did not know that. I am an admin, but we used a company-specific account to get the upgrade.
