  I have purchased the No-Ad upgrade and yet, ads still appear on my webpage!

  Hi there,

  It looks like that transaction was automatically refunded via PayPal the same day it was made. You can try making the purchase again; your first transaction is cancelled (you won’t get charged twice, in other words.)
