No Add Media button is visable.

I am trying to add a photo to an existing blog. The documentation herein says to place the cursor at the point of insertion and click the Add Media Button that is on the left of the word processing button bar at the top of the document. However, there is no
Add Media’ button available on my blog. I have the other formatting buttons but not that, nor do I have the one shown below that (for contact form). How can I make these visible?The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Are you running a browser and version of it found at http://browsehappy.com? If not, upgrade.
Have you tried dragging an image straight from your desktop or computer’s image folder and drop it directly into your post’s editor?
If you prefer you can click on the Add Media button from the toolbar of your editor to upload an image to your post.
