No "Add new" button

  There is no “Add new” button under themes. I have seen some threads trying to fix this, but I have no phpMyAdmin site and I’m only using the free wordpress.com url. Can anybody help?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  You are looking for feature that does not exist on blogs hosted by WordPress.COM.

  There is no FTP access and no blogger installed plugin capability on any free hosted WordPress.com blogs.

  There is no upgrade you can purchase here that provides FTP access and the ability to install plugins and or any third party themes on blogs hosted by WordPress.COM like yours.

  If you want FTP access and to install plugins or third party themes into a site then you will have to hire a web host http://wordpress.org/hosting/ and set up your own WordPress.org install.
