No Add new button on my appearance>themes page

  I’ce read that i can upload a theme that I purchased online by going to appearance>themes>addnew. My wordpress doesn’t have an add new button.
  can you help me out?

  Please note that themes can’t be uploaded to blogs hosted on WordPress.com. They can only be uploaded to self-hosted blogs running on WordPress.org software. You can read more about the differences between WordPress.com and WordPress.org here:
