no add plugins button is shown

  i tried to install world press software on desktop , and i tried to login online but the button isn’t​ shown !!

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  You can only add your own Plugins on the self-hosted version of WordPress, so you’re talking about WordPress.ORG. (This is WordPress.COM, which does the hosting for you).
