No Add theme button

  OK, I’m very inexperienced with WP, but here’s the story so far;

  I downloaded Kinetika Fullscreen Photography Theme from Themeforest several months ago and attached it to a domain.

  I’m now trying to use the same theme (Kinetika Fullscreen) but find I’m unable to upload it onto WP as there is no ADD NEW button under Appearance > Themes.

  What do I do ?

  Uploading custom themes is not possible over here at WordPress.com. Have a look at WordPress.com Theme Collection instead.
