no add theme button on my wordpress

i want to upload the sydney theme, however when i go into appearances and then themes there is no add theme button.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

That is a theme designed for WordPress.org. There is no “add theme” button at WordPress.com. You choose to activate one of the 372 free and premium themes available here:-
Perhaps before you get too far into your new site you should check out the differences between .com (Here, where there are limits to what you can/can’t do) and .org.

Oh god! How can I start using WordPress.org then? Will my hostgator hosting still cover it?
