No Adds upgrade

  I am interested in signing up for the “No Ads” option, but all I see are options for a premium upgrade to $99/yr which includes other features I have already paid for including a domain and customization. Can I either just pay separately for the No Ads or can I get prorated for the other features I have already purchased if I get the $99 upgrade?
