No admin access

  I can access my website but I do not get admin access, just the message:

  ‘Internal Server Error
  The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.
  Please contact the server administrator, (email visible only to moderators and staff) and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.’ I haven’t changed anything.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hello volker48,
  I encounter the same issue since approx. 4:00 PM today.
  Are you hosted by Strato? Do you use WordPress?
  I your answers are YES, then something might have happened at Strato or WordPress. Frontoffice is OK, only WP backoffice cannot be accessible.

  something thing here:

  Strato
  access to Frontsite
  no access to admin site

  All of a sudden

  So I guess it’s a temporary technical issue at Strato. Because I did not change anything today.

  I hope Strato will fix the issue soon.

  Just talked to Strato. They said they know the problem and try to fix it fast.

  Sorry, but you are in the wrong place. These forums are only for blogs/sites hosted by WordPress.com

  Hi again, so it’s on Strato side? Thank you volker48 for the confirmation. This same issue happened less than a month ago.
