no admin access after updating a page

Hi i have a site https://www.eastwinchairfield.co.uk
It is working fine, as far as I can tell, for users, however, I updated a page with some text (PPR page) at the top of the page, the page also has Woocommerce on it and the save never completed. I have tried renaming the plugins folder but I still can’t get admin access.I get the login page and enter my details and then nothing for a long time then error 500.
Any idea what i can do?

I have also now tried renaming the active theme. this returned the 500 error quicker!
and repairing the db via define( ‘WP_ALLOW_REPAIR’, true ); and wp-admin/maint/repair.php – this made no differance!
