No admin user access….only editor account?

I’m taking over the site for the Arlington Cultural Council. I was the admin about 5 years ago and have rejoined the council. When I logged in after the handoff, I noticed that there was only one role for the bolg and that was editor. My suspicion is that there is an admin user but that we’ve lost the login info for that user. My recollection is that you can’t delete an admin without having created another admin user so it seems unlikely that the only user on the site is an editor. Can you advise? Can you identiry the admin user’s email address which would help us track the person down and get the login info from them or at least allow them to get a new password and login so that they can properly handoff the admin role?
    Any help welcome! Thanks

  • Hi @arlingtonculturalcounc, there is at least one admin and site owner. We can’t give out the email address on file, though. Could you ask those who were involved in setting up the site to get in touch? We can help them if they contact us here.
