No administrator on blog
-
My sister and I have started a shared blog at mementosis.wordpress.com, but both of our roles are as “editors” only. the blog was created by my sister. How do we assign one of us as administrator so that we can have control over the appearance and other features of the blog?
Thank you.
Blog url: http://mementosis.wordpress.com/The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

The person who signed up and registered the website on WordPress.com is the owner and the Administrator. If you both show as “Editors” it would be rather unusual.

Exactly! I checked both our roles under “My Blogs” and both of us are stated as “Editors”. Really at a loss as to how to overcome this since there’s no “administrator” to grant us an administrator access!

Oops. altkl is my sister’s account. Forgot to log out whilst checking on the blog’s details.

Hi there – in addition to the two of you, I do see an administrator on the account, on your Users page here:
https://mementosis.wordpress.com/wp-admin/users.php
That person should be able to make one of you an administrator as well.
Just let me know if you don’t see it or need further help.

Hi Kathryn, unfortunately, my sister and I can’t see the administrator on the link given. All we see is “Cheatin’ uh?”. Would appreciate your further assistance on how to proceed.
Thank you!

The administrator on the blog is mementosis
Only this user can see the page and promote you.
Sorry for the confusion!

Ah, we have completely forgotten about that. Thank you so much! We have resolved the issue.
