  Hello

  We paid the annual fee of $30 for our blog account in August to ensure that we don’t get adverts. However, I have noticed that a message is appearing at the bottom of articles saying that ads may appear here. Why is this if we have paid?

  Have you double-checked your Upgrades page to see that it lists the upgrade as paid? If so and it does, try clearing your browser cache and cookies and seeing if the message is still there. If so, come back here and tag this thread “modlook” (without the quotation marks) so staff can sort this out for you.
