No Ads
-
I’ve upgraded to the no ads premium account and ads still appear. How do I get rid of them?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Howdy,
I’m not seeing ads on your site and confirm you have our WordPress.com Premium bundle on ussnd.com, so the No Ads upgrade is active on your site.
Can you make a screenshot and upload it to your media library at https://ussnorthdakota.wordpress.com/wp-admin/media-new.php ?
Almost always in these cases, there is a browser extension or add-on installed on your computer that is inserting ads on your site once it is loaded on your computer. For Internet Explorer 10, the add-ons can be managed by following the instructions at http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/internet-explorer/manage-add-ons#ie=ie-10
Cheers!

Howdy,
I’m sorry for the confusion. About a year ago, you applied for our WordAds program, which passes revenue from ads on your site to you (instead of WordPress.com keeping them to provide for the service). Since you’re in the WordAds program, the No Ads aspect of the upgrade is suspended, in order to still show ads that generate revenue for you.
Would you like to withdraw from the program?

Huh. Where do I access the funds that WordAds is generating? And where do I access the participation in the program?
-
Hi again,
You can access the WordAds program from the Settings->WordAds page on your blog’s dashboard (direct link: https://ussnorthdakota.wordpress.com/wp-admin/options-general.php?page=wordads&tab=settings ). On the top of that page, you can click Earnings to see what has been accruing for you.
On the Settings page, we’d ask for a PayPal e-mail address that we can make the payment to when it hits the threshold for payment, as well as a bit of legal information to keep the IRS and our friends in accounting happy.
Likewise, you’ll see an option to disable ads outright, if you choose.
If you have any other questions, please let me know.
