  Why I see the block with:

  Tell me more | Dismiss this message

  if I bought upgrade “No ads” a couple of monthes ago?

  Do you see the No Ads upgrade listed in your My Upgrades section of your Dashboard? Do you have a receipt number for the payment? (DO NOT post it here.) http://en.support.wordpress.com/my-upgrades/

  As you have your own domain name, is it possible you applied and were accepted to the WordAds program? http://wordads.co/ You should be able to see this under your Dashboard>Settings>Ad Control

  Hello Jennifer,

  Yes to the first two questions.

  The option “Do not show any ads” is chosen in Dashboard>Settings>Ad Control.
